Two practices — data, and transition advisory. Each opens with a consultation. The diagnosis, embedded, and pre-sale engagements that follow are scoped after we talk.
Booking goes through Cal.com. Paid consultations charge through Stripe at the time of booking; the free discovery call is the same thirty-minute slot with no commitment.

For multi-stakeholder or PE-backed situations where the orientation work itself takes longer than sixty minutes. Up to three people on the call. Two-page memo within forty-eight hours. Thirty-minute Loom follow-up within sixty days. Direct booking — skip the intake if you already know this is the tier you want.
For owners thinking about transition — sale, succession, partner buy-in — even years out. Bring a question about valuation, readiness, options, timing, or buyers, and leave with a clearer view of where you stand and what comes next.

Beyond the consultation
The consultations above are designed to do real work in one session. Some engagements need more. These start with a consultation and move to a scoped engagement letter:
Data Strategy & Roadmap. A four- to eight-week, interview-driven engagement producing a written twelve- to thirty-six-month roadmap with risks, milestones, vendor recommendations, and an executive walk-through. Sized to client scope.
Fractional CDAO / Embedded IC. Senior data and AI leadership without a full-time hire. Three engagement shapes — strategist, co-pilot, embedded lead. Monthly retainer; minimum commitments apply.
Pre-LOI Data Diligence. A three- to six-month pre-sale engagement that turns the data house from a liability into an asset before buyer quality-of-earnings. For owners twelve to twenty-four months from a transition.

What's included, either way
A call on the schedule that works for you. A written summary, sent within forty-eight hours of the call. If a follow-up question surfaces within thirty days, a Loom response.
How it works
You click Book above and pick a time on Cal.com. If you chose a paid consultation, Stripe takes payment at the time of booking. I receive the booking confirmation, prepare for the call, and we meet on Google Meet at the scheduled time. The next morning I send the written page.
